Welcome, I’m Caroline

Where it all began…

Challenges that became a gift and a passion that blossomed into a whole lifestyle. After growing up with a parent with bipolar and mental health struggles of my own, a fascination with our human nature grew and grew. Teenage years into early twenties felt full of unease, anxiety and helplessness. Either feeling absolutely numb or overwhelmed by emotion, I felt exhausted and frustrated with myself and what felt like a world I didn’t fit into.

To make things more fiddly, I was struck with chronic fatigue and endometriosis. Without realising it at the time, this became my gateway into slowing down and reflecting. During this time, nudges began to arise about different paths and ways of being. From someone who thought they were doing all the ‘right’ things, my intense curiosity and passion for more integrative approaches that fell outside the box was sparked. This meant stepping away from a path that I thought I had to live into in order to meet societal expectations. It felt scary, lonely yet also something I knew I had to do.

Years on, many detours and fumbles, here I am! Teaching holistic introspective modalities that have offered me the opportunity to notice, feel, hold and understand the tender, tricky, tense, and confusing parts of who I am.

I’ve come to understand myself and that has been the single most powerful tool for changing the way that I experience, view and be with myself, relationships, and the world.

The journey has been confronting, challenging, enriching and empowering. And it has lead to me to cultivate the skills required and capacity to offer a safe and thoughtful therapeutic space to others.

Through my own experience and studies I am aware that our mental health is not just a shoulders up approach but a whole body one. I feel there is so much I have experimented with and found helpful that has not been shared or found to be easily accessible within these spaces. These include movement, stillness, nervous system, gut health. Pieces that make up the puzzle.

I now work with my clients, in an integrative holistic approach. With a willingness to stick in there and trust the process, I will be there for you with my uttermost attention and care. Let’s work together here.

In a world where anyone could name themselves a mental health professional, coach or facilitator, I feel it is important to be fully transparent with my qualifications and scope of practice. This can help you discern whether this type of support is right for you. I am not a psychologist but this is the qualifications I do have and most importantly my own application of the practices I teach daily.
